I'm Pretty Sure It's Full And The Version Is Repacked So It's Size Is Reduced Like That I Have Another Version That Is Repacked And It's Size Is Even Lower It's 4.2GB

Do things like DLC's and patches work with this release? I'm worried that the installation methods for them will mess up when they don't detect the missing files.

yes mate , patches works normally in this version , and after setup the game is 14.76 gb
it means the game is full , don't stop downloading from EgY WareZ
